Praxis Properties was founded in 2017 after the sale of Phoenix Contractors  / The Phoenix Company, focusing on real estate management and development throughout Washtenaw County. Praxis owns and manages commercial and residential property in Ann Arbor, Ypsilanti, Saline, & the surrounding areas.
